SUMBIT YOUR INFORMATION, PASSPORT & SAFARI CONTRACT
THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED
STEP 1:
- Download, print, fill out the 👉Safari Indemnity & Contract. Take a photo with your mobile phone or scan and save on you computer ready for upload in the next step.
STEP 2:
- Scan / take a photo with your phone of your Passport photo page so that it is ready for upload to the form linked below.
STEP 3:
Gather your Medical insurance information and contact details of kin, so you can complete everything smoothly in one session.
TAKE ACTION:
- Email or Whatsapp a clear color copy of all travelers' passports
- Notes:
- Passport must be valid at least 6 months past your return date to your home country
- Please check the 👉 number of blank Visa pages required by each country
- Please note 👉 special requirements when traveling with a minor(s)
VISA Application/Approvals & PASSPORT Validity, incl. the required amoutn of emty Visa Pages in the passport are guest’s sole responsibility.

- US citizens need to obtain a visa at the port of entry:
- Zimbabwe: Cost is US $ 50 per person and should be paid in US$ cash/Dollar bills
- Namibia: Approx US $ 90 per person and must be purchased online prior to travel
- Tanzania: $ 100 and must be purchased online prior to travel
- Kenya: $ 32 and must be purchased online prior to travel
- Uganda: $ 50 and must be purchased online prior to travel
